Yes, as promised, I am compiling the results I have been developing over the last fifteen years or so into a book. I shall place the chapters in this place as they are being written.
This may take awhile though, as I plan to first complete the (related) book on Composite Concave Linear Programming.
If you do not know what CCP is all about - shame on you! - you should visit CCLP-Land where you can find some literature on this subject.
