I have recently decided to discontinue my membership with most of the professional societies I have been associated with. To the best of my knowledge at present I am still a member in one professional society (ASOR).
- ACM/SIGAPL (1990-1997)
- Australia Computer Society (for two years or so)
- Australian Society for Operations Research (1989 - present)
- British APL Association (for several years up to 2003)
- Institute for Operations research and Management Science (INFORMS) (for many years up to 2003)
- Operational Research Society (UK) (for many years up to 2003)
